What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and Klarna.

Klarna allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest-free bi-weekly payments, offering flexibility and convenience at checkout.

Foreign credit cards are also accepted, as long as the correct billing address is entered and the shipping address is within Canada.

How does Klarna work?

Klarna is a safe, flexible way to pay for your SkinBetter Science Canada purchase. It allows you to split your payment into four equal, interest-free bi-weekly payments for a smooth and convenient checkout experience.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Shop – Add your favourite SkinBetter Science Canada products to your basket.
  2. Select – Choose Klarna at checkout.
  3. Check out – Your total will be split into 4 bi-weekly payments. The first is charged when your order ships.
  4. Pay – The remaining payments are automatically charged every two weeks.

To qualify for Klarna, you’ll need: A Canada-issued debit or credit card, A billing address in Canada, An SMS-capable phone number, To be 18 years of age or older.

If your order qualifies for Klarna, the option will appear at checkout. After verifying your phone number via SMS, you’ll confirm your payment plan and set up your repayment method.

Please note: Klarna accepts most major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX); Prepaid cards are not accepted; No interest or fees apply when payments are made on time.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding Canadian federal holidays). Please allow additional time during holidays or promotional periods.

Once shipped, your order should arrive in approximately ~2–10 business days depending on your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible, we're unfortunately unable to cancel or modify orders once submitted.

If you choose to return the order, please review our RETURN POLICY to properly prepare your return order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Why was my order rejected/cancelled?

An order, or part of it, may be canceled for the following reasons:

  • One or more items became unavailable
  • The order exceeded the maximum purchase limit
  • We are unable to ship to the provided address (including freight forwarders or locations outside of Canada)
  • There was a payment issue (e.g., postal code mismatch, billing error)

All orders are subject to payment verification. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction and cancel any orders without notice due to suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

What is the maximum purchase policy?

Products available on skinbetterscience.ca are intended for personal use only.

To help ensure availability for all customers:

  • Your order cannot exceed $3,025 CAD.
  • You may purchase a maximum of 5 units per product SKU.

Orders that exceed these limits will not be processed.

Can I apply a promotional offer to my order?

You can add a current promotional offer at checkout for free samples, free shipping, or product discounts.

Please note:

  • Minimum purchase requirements may apply (excluding taxes and shipping, after discounts applied)
  • All offers are available while supplies last (replacements will not be sent if a promotional item runs out)
  • Available gift/samples may differ from original offering at any time based upon availability, and this may not be reflected in advertisements.

  • We reserve the right to substitute any free item offered with an item of equal or greater value.
  • Gifts/samples will not be compensated in monetary value if out of stock.
  • Offers are not redeemable for cash
  • Only one promotional offer can be applied per order
  • Promotions cannot be applied to past orders.
  • Birthday codes cannot be combined with other promotional offers
  • Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system errors or unforeseen problems.
  • Gift sets, samples and limited editions are excluded from discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • You will always receive free shipping on merchandise orders of $50 or more (before tax).
Do you offer price matching?

We do not offer price matching. Promotions and pricing on our site are subject to change and cannot be retroactively applied to past orders.
